Book a Session- Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.
- Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may be applied. The cancellation fee will be 10% of the appointment fee and will be due within 10 days of the missed appointment.
- Rescheduling: We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your request to reschedule your appointment. However, repeated rescheduling or last-minute changes may be subject to the same cancellation policy as outlined above.
- No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, where you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a full appointment fee may be charged, and future appointments may require pre-payment.
